Heidi Holcombe, Chief of Staff at AIF, oversees operational execution, internal infrastructure, and cross-functional coordination across the firm. She partners closely with leadership to support strategic initiatives, strengthen organizational processes, and ensure effective execution across fundraising, portfolio, and fund operations.

 

With experience spanning operations, executive support, and systems development, Heidi brings a structured and solutions-oriented approach to managing complex, fast-moving initiatives. She is focused on improving operational efficiency, building scalable workflows, and supporting alignment across teams.

 

Prior to joining AIF, Heidi supported senior leadership across entrepreneurial and mission-driven organizations, where she developed expertise in operations management, process execution, and organizational support functions.
