Lauren Ingram, Principal, drives fundraising, portfolio management, and deal sourcing efforts at AIF. She also serves on several private and non-profit boards, including LaunchTN, Joshin, The Frist Foundation, and The Ensworth School, and is an active member of Princeton’s Student Life Advisory Council. Lauren is a Flare Capital Scholar and is deeply involved in healthcare innovation networks.
Before joining AIF, Lauren helped create and lead partnership development at Frist Cressey Ventures, supported growth strategy at Greater Good Health, and held multiple roles at Quid. Her career spans venture engagement and strategic growth roles across the healthcare and technology sectors, in addition to outside nonprofit leadership with a consistent emphasis on advancing health equity and community-driven solutions.
Lauren holds an MBA from Vanderbilt University’s Owen Graduate School of Management, an M.A. in Medicine, Health, and Society from Vanderbilt University, and a bachelor’s degree in Cultural Anthropology from Princeton University.
